Why are Tattoo questions not in the Art section of this forum?

As an artist who tattoos, I see this as art not cosmetology. Cosmetic tattooing is also different from tattoo ART. I come from a fine arts background as well as many, many other tattoo artists. The fact that the label we are given includes the word 'artist' should provide a clue.
In no way am I downgrading cosmetologists, so please don't assume that I am.
