Xzibit is a famous American rapper, actor and television personality, best known as the host of the MTV show Pimp My Ride.

Xzibit has a slew of tattoo designs, including a huge letter \"X\" on his left forearm and the letter \"Z\" on his right forearm.

He also has the number \"38\" on his left shoulder, plus a large tattoo across the top of his back which says \"Lost Angel\" with \"Restless\" just above, in smaller lettering.
